When you first pull up to the entrance, you are immediately greeted by valet to assist you, very friendly and attentive, made me feel like royalty. As you enter the lobby you’ll notice the front desk, the attendant (Michael with the cool beard) was readily available to help you with any task or question. My girlfriend and I already made reservations for a 1 night stay prior to arriving, so check-in went smoothly. Upon entering our room, I felt a peace come over me, it was warm and inviting, exactly what we needed. The TV worked perfectly and the room was a cozy temperature. My one issue was the pillows.. they were either too hard or too soft, call me Goldilocks but I need something in the middle. Other than the pillows I would highly recommend Hancock Hotel to anyone who needs a little getaway for the weekend and explore downtown Findlay. 9/10

The hotel was super clean and the rooms were immaculate. The bed was also super comfortable. My only issue was the customer service. I'm a military veteran, and I asked if they offered a discount. The answer was, "I don't know". That's actually not an answer. While it wasn't the worse, it wasn't the best. For over $200 a night I expected better, but I'd still return because of the cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was decent.

During our trip out of town, we made a stop in Findley and were absolutely amazed by the Hancock. The hotel was stunning, from its festive holiday decorations at the entrance to the beautifully designed room that felt both modern and cozy.

We had our company Christmas party here. The staff was accommodating, taking care of our guests. The food was terrific! The Creme Brulee was amazing! Abby helped us plan and coordinate the event. She was very helpful and easy to work with.

The company I work for had a 2-day business meeting at HH, and all the employees were so helpful, kind, and quick with service. We ordered food from the kitchen, and it was so delicious. We had various requests throughout the day and Lori/the service team were always available to help us. The interior of the meeting room was gorgeous (it was one of the ballroom sections). The only issues I would mention is that it got cold throughout the day in our room, the room is a little echoey, and parking was a bit tricky for people not using valet. Regardless, I recommend HH for corporate meeting needs!

Gorgeous boutique hotel for an amazing price. Beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Kind and welcoming staff. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds! A hidden gem.

I made a reservation for the Thanksgiving Buffet, it was $58 per person. The menu looked amazing, and I was very excited to take my family there since I currently have no kitchen to cook in. The food was bland and barely ok. The whipped potatoes were absolutely the worst tasteless potatoes I have ever eaten! There was not a tiny bit of butter, cream, milk, or seasoning in the potatoes. There were actually pieces of raw chucked potato in them, and the sides were overdone and tasteless as well. The salad bar was really the best part of the meal, and the dressings were nasty! It was buffet, but wait staff took away dishes and got you a drink; however you were charged 20% service fee for their help. I got my own food and honestly could have gotten my own water as well. It was over priced and just a huge disappointment! The Valet parking was the best touch in the whole thing! DONT GO THERE FOR YOUR HOLIDAY MEAL, IT WILL DISAPPOINT!
